Restaurants lose money to two things a text message fixes: no-shows on booked tables, and customers standing around wondering whether their order is ready. Both are solved by sending the right message at the right moment, straight from the WordPress site you already run.
The messages that pay for themselves
- Booking confirmation. Sent the moment a reservation is made, so the customer has the time and date in writing.

- Keep messages under one segment and always identify the restaurant by name.

Keep marketing separate from service messages
