It also provides several options for the incoming and outgoing messages. The Dianahost gateway connects to the MSN server using a Java application program. The Java script downloads all the information from the MSN server and displays it on the specified window. The application, when connected to the internet, accesses MSN via the proxy. MSN provides the necessary authentication for such operation. The proxy can be either a locally hosted one or a web proxy server.
The application can be used for the purpose of communication between two or more people over a local area network. As far as the communication in case of international level is concerned, it is a fairly simple process. MSN offers several gateway options such as CTI, BES, OMA, and IMA.
Dianahost SMS gateway API also facilitates multi-party connectivity. It allows the connection of MSN, AOL, yahoo! etc social networking sites for the purpose of communication. This feature is available on both desktop and Web enabled computers. A group chat feature is also available in the software which allows the sending and receiving messages from multiple contacts at the same time.
In addition to the above mentioned features, Dianahost gateway also allows for the sending of fax messages. The message can be forwarded from one contact to another. It is also capable of accepting voice mail messages from multiple contacts. The voice messages can be replied to by other users as well. Voice messages can also be deleted, added or transferred to a different contact’s inbox.
Dianahost also allows the sending and receiving of emails. It also has an inbox and a message board. The messages can be viewed as they are received or deleted as they arrive. The forwarding of an email message from one contact to another is possible. You can even forward an email to another person’s email address.
The interface of the application is simple and easy to use. There are several customization options available as well. The interface can be made colorful and animated. The text boxes can be modified as per the requirements. It also provides several options for transferring the files between different devices like cell phones, Blackberries, and laptops.
